Note:

There is room on all Half Rubber reins to add an extra buckle hole giving an extra inch in maximum length.

Plain leather reins have extra room for adjustment in maximum length as they are not restricted by the rubber.

Please note, horse reins sizings are approximate but fairly accurate. If you are not sure, please contact us before ordering, via email, phone or social media.

We are happy to exchange unused horse rein sets if the size is not right for you or the pony.

 

Before use: Apply Suitable leather dressing to the leather with a brush or sponge and leave to dry naturally at room temperature.

Keep clean and moisturised, wipe off any build up of dirt and sweat then condition with leather balm or cream.

A pair of leather D Ring replacers are also available should your saddle not have a D ring.

Game changer!

These reins are amazing! They have made such a difference to my daughter’s riding. She was struggling to stop her pony from putting her head down to eat grass and these have worked wonders and helped give my daughter more confidence when riding. Such a simple idea but so effective!

Balanced reins

Fantastic item, my child is 4 and give her so much support. She won her lead rein competition recently and takes part in pony club activities

Fantastic tool for kids and adults

These are our third pair. We use them on all of our ponies. It gives them a nice steady contact while their riders are learning to balance and have a steady contact. Worth every penny. We have two sets of rubber and one plaited. Prepare the plaited but both are great.

So much confidence

These reins are fantastic, we use them with the loop handles. My now 6yr old has used them since she was 3yrs old and she has such a steady hand, she hacks out with me at all speeds and terrain and she has so much confidence in them.
